Okay i just got home from day 2 of Yoga. Im actually starting to like this program haha. At first I was really unoptimistic about this whole thing and dreaded the whole idea but this program really helps alot. The plus side would be..
-I learn how to calm down and "not let anyone push my buttons"
-I learn a series of yoga moves (Sun Salutation) and 10sets is equivalent to a 2.4km run.
-I detox my entire system just like how you refresh your browser.
-I learn how to focus my thought on present and not past nor future
-I do each thing with 100% effort. Each mouth of rice, each breath of air.
Pretty awesome. Oh and err, one thing im REALLY not happy about this program would be the fact that I have to be vegetarian and drink only plain water from the start til the end of the program. But I guess its worth it. Bye pimples!
