Okay im gonna blog now. Quick break for me before I start my workout.
For those who dont know, I have been working out as hard as I could for the past week. My workout regime consisted of:
50 situps
50 crunches
50 bicep curls
50 squats
30 shoulder presses
10 dips
3 minutes of jumping rope
Im quite satisfied with the results. The reason why I have been working out is quite personal. My close friends know about it. Dominic, Faheem etc..
Okay nuff said. Imma go kill some people online with Faheem and then go workout
